Job Summary: We are looking to depute a Junior Technical Resource to support our clients IT infrastructure and application environment. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of SQL databases , db maintenance, IIS web server, and Windows Server environments, and will assist in maintaining uptime, resolving issues, and supporting application deployments. Key Responsibilities: • Provide L1/L2 support for applications hosted on IIS and SQL Server environments. • Monitor and maintain web applications and services hosted on IIS. • Perform basic database queries, backups, and routine checks on SQL Server. • Assist in managing and troubleshooting Windows Server environments. • Coordinate with the client’s IT and development teams to ensure system stability. • Log incidents and provide timely resolutions or escalate as needed. • Participate in deployment activities and patch management under supervision. • Maintain technical documentation and reports as per project standards. Required Skills: • Basic working knowledge of SQL (queries, stored procedures, backup/restore, SQL Jobs). • Exposure to Microsoft IIS (Internet Information Services) – configuration, site hosting, logs. • Understanding of Windows Server (user access, services, event logs). • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. • Willingness to work in a client-deputed role with flexible timing (if needed).
