Server Administrator

Role Overview: As an IT professional at our company, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the IT infrastructure. Your role will involve handling Active Directory tasks such as managing user accounts and groups, implementing basic AD hygiene, and ensuring proper access control. Additionally, you will be tasked with virtualization duties, including managing virtual servers on Citrix XenServer/XenCenter 6.x and Hyper-V. This includes monitoring performance, allocating resources across VMs, and managing space on VM server hard drives. You will also be responsible for monitoring CPU load on virtual server hosts, migrating VMs when necessary, configuring and maintaining IIS Web Server-hosted apps, and performing general server operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Terminating Citrix sessions for published apps and performing application updates on servers will also be part of your responsibilities.
