Role Overview: As a Delivery Lead (STE & Agile Coach) at EY, you will be a servant leader aligning all ARTs on a common cadence and performing team coaching at the Train/Layer level with a systemic approach to maximize learning, self-organization, performance, and sense of accountability. Your focus will be on improving teams" relationships across the entire Train/Layer/Platform and engaging closely with other major functions to align and improve Delivery functions. You will facilitate sessions to enhance collaboration within and across the Layers on strategic initiatives and assess the Product/Train/Layers Agile maturity to drive sustainable improvement. Additionally, you will provide consultancy and mentoring to ensure alignment with Agile values and principles. Key Responsibilities: - Align all ARTs on a common cadence at Portfolio/Layer Level - Perform team coaching at the Train/Layer level to maximize learning and self-organization - Engage with other major functions to align and improve Delivery functions - Facilitate sessions to enhance collaboration within and across the Layers on strategic initiatives - Assess and prioritize backlog for Agile maturity, driving it to an action plan for sustainable improvement - Provide consultancy and training to ensure alignment with Agile values and principles - Mentor new agile team facilitators, Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and Agile Coaches - Drive Agile Community of Practice within the Product/Train/Layers/Platform - Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and Delivery Leads to spread agile values and principles Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Delivery Lead or Agile Coach - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices - Excellent communication and coaching skills - Ability to assess and prioritize backlog for Agile maturity - Experience in mentoring and developing agile team facilitators - Knowledge of being Data Driven and analyzing performance metrics - Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a cross-functional environment Company Details: EY is dedicated to building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society.
