Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team at Serenial Technology Pvt Ltd . The ideal candidate will manage core HR functions including recruitment, training & development, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance , while also supporting administration tasks for our India office. This role is key to fostering a positive workplace culture , ensuring talent retention , and aligning HR practices with company values . Preference will be given to candidates with HR experience in the manufacturing industry (electronics, semi-electronics, or related fields). Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, preparing offer letters, and onboarding. Improve recruitment on-time delivery (OTD) and hire quality. Employee Relations & Culture: Address employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution. Support exit processes and manage employee turnover. Promote and reinforce corporate culture and values through initiatives and engagement activities. HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain employee records and HR databases in alignment with SEMS system. Develop and implement local HR policies compliant with Indian labor laws and aligned with group HR. Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, labor laws, pensions, and statutory requirements . Support HR audits and maintain documentation. Performance & Development: Support performance appraisal processes and manage employee engagement programs. Coordinate training and development initiatives, skill matrix, and champion programs locally. Compensation & Payroll: Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination with group HR. Support finance team for accurate and timely payments. Conduct local compensation & benefits benchmarking. Administration: Oversee India office administration and resolve operational issues efficiently. Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). Experience: 3–6 years in a similar HR role, with proven experience in the manufacturing industry (electronics, semi-electronics, or related fields). Strong understanding of Indian labor legislation and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools (Zoho People, Keka, or equivalent). Preferred Qualities Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Positive, approachable, and team-oriented personality. Prior exposure to startup or manufacturing environments is a strong advantage.
