Role & responsibilities Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to software platforms, and incorporate findings into design decisions. Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, tailored to the requirements of web and mobile platforms. Strong knowledge of HTML, HTML5, CSS3, Saas, Less, Javascript & Jquery. Knowledge of React will be an added advantage. Should be familiar with CSS Frameworks like Bootstrap, Material Design, MUI etc. Convert the designs built on Figma/Adobe XD to webpage using HTML , CSS, Javascript & JQuery. Conduct usability testing sessions and gather feedback Preferred candidate profile Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX developer, preferably in software platform design for Mobile and Web applications. Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills, including wireframes, prototypes, and finished projects for web and mobile platforms. Proficient in design and prototyping tools preferably Adobe XD, or Sketch, Figma etc. Proficient in languages such as HTML5, CSS3, Javascript & JQuery. Should have strong working experience in web responsive design with Media Queries. Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with Scrum methodology. Proficiency in using project management tools such as JIRA to track and manage design tasks, collaborate with teams, and ensure timely delivery of design projects.
