We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Direct Tech Sales Location: On-site, Mohali (No Work from Home) Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 PM to 2 AM IST) | 1 Paid Leave per Month About the Role Sequenta Logix is seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead direct sales and strategic outreach for our tech services. This is not a bidding role — we want a hunter who thrives on LinkedIn Navigator, cold-to-hot lead nurturing, and direct client engagement, including VCs, startup founders, incubators, and C-level decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Direct Outreach & Lead Generation Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, research, and reach decision-makers Initiate direct messaging, cold calls, and value-driven conversations Build high-converting email sequences with support from our digital marketing team Engage with VCs, accelerators, and startup communities for strategic partnerships Pipeline Management & Conversion Nurture leads through cold to warm to hot stages Qualify prospects, set discovery/demo calls, and build long-term value relationships Work closely with marketing to tailor outreach content, social posts, and landing funnels Own the sales funnel from first touch to signed contract Content & Brand Engagement Collaborate with marketing to create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and email campaigns Share thought leadership posts, industry insights, and product success stories Drive engagement with inbound leads via social comments, DMs, and shares Collaboration & Strategy Align with internal tech teams to deliver personalized pitches and tech demos Suggest improvements to messaging, pricing, and outreach channels Keep CRM and sales dashboards updated with clean data and insights Requirements 2–5+ years in direct sales, B2B outreach, or account management in the tech industry Experience with LinkedIn Navigator, HubSpot/CRM, cold emailing, and outreach tools Confidence in pitching SaaS, Web/Mobile App Development, AI Chatbots, and Tech Services Excellent spoken and written English High emotional intelligence and ability to connect with founders, VPs, and investors Must be tech-savvy, proactive, and self-driven to close deals What You’ll Get Competitive Salary + Commission (based on experience) 5 Days Work Week | Fixed Shift (5 PM – 2 AM IST) No Work From Home | On-site in Mohali 1 Paid Leave per Month Performance Bonuses + Fast Growth Path Vibrant Team Culture | Global Exposure How to Apply Send your resume and a short pitch (why you?) with the subject “Application for Business Development Manager” to info@sequentalogix.com Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Show more Show less
