We are seeking a highly motivated Molecular Biologist with strong expertise in molecular cloning and protein expression. The ideal candidate should have a background in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related fields, with hands-on experience in designing and executing molecular biology experiments. The candidate will contribute to ongoing research projects, support technology development, and collaborate within cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Design, execute, and troubleshoot molecular cloning strategies for gene expression constructs. Perform protein expression, purification, and characterization using relevant techniques. Maintain and optimize expression systems (bacterial, yeast, or mammalian). Conduct standard molecular biology techniques such as PCR, qPCR, DNA/RNA isolation, gel electrophoresis, and sequencing analysis. Document research findings, prepare technical reports. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support development and innovation goals. Qualifications • Essential: • MSc in Microbiology / Biotechnology / Molecular Biology (or relevant discipline). • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in molecular cloning and protein expression. • Desirable: • PhD in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field. Skills & Competencies Strong practical knowledge of molecular cloning, protein expression, and purification workflows. Experience with microbial and/or eukaryotic expression systems. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to independently design and troubleshoot experiments. Good communication, teamwork, and documentation skills. Familiarity with bioinformatics tools for sequence analysis (desirable).
