You are a visionary Creative Supervisor responsible for leading the VFX and Virtual Production teams. Your role involves driving innovation in storytelling, cinematics, and real-time workflows using Unreal Engine. You must possess a unique blend of artistic leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of real-time VFX, virtual production, and immersive content creation. Your key responsibilities include leading and mentoring the Previz animation team to ensure artistic and technical excellence. You will oversee virtual production workflows to ensure seamless integration of real-time rendering. Collaborating closely with directors, storyboard artists, and VFX teams, you will translate scripts into compelling previs sequences. You are expected to optimize animation workflows for real-time production using Unreal's animation tools such as Sequencer, Control Rig, and Motion Matching. You must ensure that cinematography principles align with storytelling needs, focusing on composition, framing, and camera movement.
