Job Title: Sr. MERN Developer Location: Jaipur/Jodhpur Experience : 4 + Year Responsibilities :. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and technical architecture. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust web applications using the MERN stack. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and software development methodologies within the team. Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure high-quality code delivery. Drive innovation and suggest improvements in development processes, tools, and technologies Qualifications : Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience 5+ years of working as a Software Developer with expertise in MYSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in leading and managing development teams. Familiarity with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) tools such as Sequelize, TypeORM, or Prisma for efficient and structured database interaction. Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and web development principles. Experience in developing RESTful APIs, and microservices, and integrating third-party services. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related frameworks/libraries. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Prior experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
