As the Head of Digital Marketing at CGH Earth Experience Hotels, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing the overall digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will lead a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring they are equipped to achieve individual and collective goals in alignment with the brand values and business objectives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing strategic digital marketing initiatives across various channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising. By championing innovation within the digital marketing team, you will keep CGH Earth at the forefront of digital trends in the hospitality and eco-tourism sectors. You will lead efforts to increase brand visibility and strengthen CGH Earth's position as a leader in eco-luxury hospitality by overseeing all digital channels and ensuring consistency in brand messaging. Collaborating with content creators, photographers, and influencers, you will drive the creation of high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audience. In addition, you will optimize the customer journey online, working closely with website development and guest services teams to enhance user experience and conversion rates. Data analysis and reporting will be a key part of your role, where you will measure and analyze digital marketing efforts to provide actionable insights for continuous optimization. Managing the digital marketing budget effectively and cultivating external partnerships with online travel agencies, influencers, and eco-tourism platforms will also be part of your responsibilities. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, with at least 7-10 years of digital marketing experience and proven leadership skills in the hospitality or eco-tourism industries.
