The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in graphic design and a strong passion for custom artwork. You will be responsible for creating product designs, processing daily orders, and developing new concepts for our range of personalised items. Key Responsibilities: Design creative and high-quality artwork for personalised gifts and e-commerce products. Customised product designs based on customer orders and specific requests. Prepare artwork files for production and manage the design side of order processing. Collaborate with the design and production team to ensure quality and accuracy. Contribute to new product ideas, seasonal collections, and campaign designs. Work closely during seasonal periods such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day , and other key gifting occasions to support high-volume design output. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and customer expectations. Requirements: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, preferably in an e-commerce or product-based setup. Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools. A solid portfolio showcasing personalised product or custom design work. Understanding of print-ready artwork standards and attention to detail. Time management skills to handle daily workloads and seasonal demands. Basic communication skills in English.
