As the Senior Growth Manager for India, you will be at the forefront of devising and executing our user acquisition strategy, steering the growth trajectory of Dashreels. This strategic leadership role demands a blend of creative thinking, data-driven insights, and unwavering determination. You will be entrusted with overseeing all growth metrics for the Indian market, addressing challenging yet thrilling prospects in the consumer technology domain. Your responsibilities will include leading user acquisition initiatives across various channels, nurturing a high-performing team, crafting a growth strategy rooted in data analysis, exploring new acquisition channels, championing a data-driven approach, and fostering collaboration across different teams within the organization. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution, along with at least 5 years of experience in a high-growth setting. An innate curiosity about the Indian consumer behavior, adaptability to a startup environment, strong analytical skills, a penchant for experimentation, and a passion for technology products are essential traits. Previous experience in user acquisition for OTT, Gaming, or D2C brands, or a background in FMCG brand marketing, would be advantageous. You will play a crucial role as a Director of User Acquisition & Growth Marketing in Bangalore, taking charge of the global UA, growth, and digital marketing strategy for a range of social casino games. Your responsibilities will include leading a skilled team, managing substantial budgets, and implementing sustainable user growth through paid campaigns, funnel optimization, and innovative acquisition and engagement strategies. Your goal will be to drive comprehensive growth strategies from awareness to monetization while fostering a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making. Your core responsibilities will revolve around driving a full-funnel growth strategy, building and scaling growth experimentation systems, identifying new growth opportunities, collaborating with product and live ops teams, developing a robust growth analytics framework, integrating retention campaigns, implementing AI-driven tools, and promoting a data-driven decision-making culture within the team.
