Position : SEO Trainer

Location : Pune

SEO Trainer Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development

• Design a comprehensive SEO syllabus covering on-page, off-page, technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, local SEO, and SEO tools.
• Regularly update the content based on Google algorithm updates and industry trends.

2. Classroom / Online Teaching

• Deliver lectures or sessions in a simple, practical, and understandable manner.
• Use real-time examples, live projects, and case studies to explain SEO concepts.

3. Practical Implementation

• Guide students on using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Help them create and optimize websites/blogs for hands-on practice.

4. Performance Assessment

• Assign tasks and projects related to SEO strategies.
• Review student progress through tests, quizzes, website audits, or keyword ranking improvements.

5. Doubt Solving & Mentorship

• Address students' queries and help them understand complex SEO topics.
• Provide one-on-one mentorship when needed.

6. Project Guidance

• Supervise SEO projects like ranking a website for specific keywords, backlink building strategies, or technical audits.
• Evaluate final outcomes based on traffic improvement or ranking success.

7. Industry Exposure

• Share SEO job roles, freelancing opportunities, and client handling tips.
• Introduce real-world challenges like handling penalties, competition analysis, or client reporting.

8. Soft Skills & Interview Prep

• Prepare students for SEO interviews, mock interviews, and commonly asked questions.
• Focus on communication, reporting, and client presentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
