Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager (off-role) to lead the execution and day-to-day management of SEO activities across Birla Pivots digital platforms. The role is focused on delivering measurable growth in organic traffic and inbound leads, through structured on-page, off-page, and technical SEO interventions. Youll work closely with the content, product, tech, and growth marketing teams to build a solid SEO foundation that fuels long-term traffic and high-quality inbound leads. You will be responsible for independently managing SEO performance, audits, and optimizations, with a clear focus on quality, timelines, and delivery. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Design and implement the overall SEO roadmap for the website and key landing pages (category, sub-category, product, etc.) Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and lead generation Conduct regular keyword research , site audits, and competitor analysis Build SEO content plans that drive topical authority in categories like TMT, cement, chemicals, etc. Develop and execute strategies for improving domain authority, increasing crawlability, and enhancing user signals On-Page & Content Optimization Optimize metadata, headings, internal linking, structured data, and page speed for core pages Collaborate with content writers to produce SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions Technical SEO Conduct regular technical audits to resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, broken links, redirects, schema markup, and mobile usability Partner with product/engineering teams to improve site structure, page templates, and indexation Ensure search engine best practices are embedded in ongoing website development Off-Page SEO & Authority Building Plan and execute backlink strategies to build domain authority and improve SERP rankings Manage outreach campaigns, partnerships, and high-quality link building initiatives Analytics & Reporting Monitor and analyze SEO KPIs — traffic, rankings, CTRs, bounce rates, conversions Use tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. to drive insights Create monthly performance dashboards and share actionable recommendations Qualification & Skills: 4+ years of hands-on experience in SEO for B2B, e-commerce, or digital marketplaces Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles Strong experience with SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog Demonstrated ability to work across teams and influence content, product, and tech roadmaps Knowledge of HTML, schema, page speed optimization, and CMS platforms (WordPress, custom) Data-driven mindset with a sharp focus on ROI and performance outcomes Experience in industrial or construction categories is a plus, but not mandatory Role & responsibilities
