Role Overview

As an SEO Executive at Whizlabs, you will be responsible for executing SEO strategies to increase organic visibility, website traffic, and keyword rankings across multiple domains. You will work closely with the content, product, and marketing teams to ensure all web pages and blog content are optimized to meet both user intent and search engine requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and create keyword strategies for different product categories and course pages.
  
• Perform on-page optimization including meta tags, headings, URL structures, and internal linking.
  
• Identify and fix technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, site speed, schema markup, and indexing.
  
• Manage off-page SEO activities including link building, guest posting, and competitor backlink analysis.
  
• Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and course descriptions.
  
• Monitor daily/weekly SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  
• Track keyword rankings, traffic growth, and page performance metrics to measure success.
  
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices.
  
• Optimize for featured snippets, People Also Ask sections, and other SERP opportunities.
  
• Coordinate with developers and designers to ensure SEO compliance during website updates.
  

Key Skills & Requirements

• 1-5 years of hands-on experience in SEO (preferably in the
  
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
  
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
  
• Experience in conducting keyword research and content optimization.
  
• Ability to analyze data and prepare SEO performance reports.
  
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work across teams.
  
• Passion for continuous learning and experimentation in digital marketing.
