Job Description

Set and implement social media optimized campaign
Setting up of various social media channels and maintaining brand consistency.
Prepare engaging text, image (info graphic) and video content for social media accounts.
Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
Generate ROI
Assaying the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and relating strategic sins and making recommendations for advancements.
Researching social media trends and informing operation of changes that are applicable to the company’s marketing conditioning
Setting Key performance pointers( KPIs) for social media campaigns, similar as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign performance against the KPIs.
Using social media marketing tools to produce and maintain the company’s brand.
Interacting with guests and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts.
Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns.
