The individual will work closely with the Communications and Programs teams to craft impactful written content that highlights the voices of the communities we serve and the work we do. This is a freelance, part-time role with a flexible hybrid setup—ideal for professionals who are passionate about climate action and grassroots narratives. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Editing Write, edit, and proofread compelling content for social media, reports, newsletters, blogs, social media, donor documents, website, and campaigns Translate complex programmatic information into accessible human-centered narratives Ensure consistency in tone, grammar, and formatting across all written content Storytelling & Impact Documentation Develop field-based human-interest stories, farmers journeys, and case studies from our agriculture, energy, and youth skilling programs.
