IT Engineer (6 + Years Work Experience) – Scope of Work: •⁠ ⁠Handling day to day IT Operational activities at each site •⁠ ⁠Create & maintain IT Incident Tickets and Services Requests raised by users and share a report of the same to Head Office on a daily basis •⁠ ⁠Timely resolution of issues on end point machines and other IT infrastructure and network devices in the respective locations •⁠ ⁠Proactively identify potential incidents and recurring issues and provide a permanent resolution of the same •⁠ ⁠Install and maintain all IT Infrastructure & network devices including, but not limited to servers, firewalls, switches, routers, printers, servers voice and internet lines, IOT sensors, etc. across the locations •⁠ ⁠Maintain latest patch and firmware level for all the IT Infrastructure & network devices managed •⁠ ⁠Maintenance and resolution of issues on end user machines including, but not limited to, OS installation & troubleshooting, end point security maintenance such as pushing AD group policies, Anti-virus solutions, DLP, hard disk encryption, printer maintenance, etc. •⁠ ⁠Ensure security and availability of all the IT equipment, system and application as per defined SLAs •⁠ ⁠Tag all the IT Assets as per organizational practices and maintain the IT Asset Register for respective locations. Share the update IT Asset Register with HO on a periodic basis for consolidation and reconciliation •⁠ ⁠Coordinate with HoDs and System Admin at Head Office for day to day operational activities and adhoc activities coming up as per business requirements •⁠ ⁠Coordinate with business teams and vendors for deployment of any new IT products / technology and work with vendors on deployment, integration with current environment and maintenance of the same •⁠ ⁠Plan and perform preventive maintenance activities of all the all IT Infrastructure & network devices •⁠ ⁠Coordinate with vendor for issue resolutions, periodic maintenance and enhancement activities •⁠ ⁠Coordinate with HO for procurement of end user machines and other IT Infrastructure & network devices required at each site Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,494.08 - ₹50,320.35 per month Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: VMWare: 1 year (Required) Active Directory: 1 year (Required) IT Infrastructure: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Delhi, Delhi (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred) Work Location: In person

Attending TT calls for corrective maintenance, service and repair works Co-ordinate with vendor for systems under warranty/AMC. Energy consumption reading DG maintenance. Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and material. Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components-- photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tacks, and encoders 6. Dedicated to supporting production by working in a safe, customer focused manner. Minor refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes, fixtures, fittings and equipment, fixed furniture and OPS equipment like Trolley, Cages, Carts Fire Alarm & Fire extinguishers regular checks. Maintenance, oiling, greasing of carts, trolleys, pump, rolling shutters. Attending regular Electrical works Height work, hot work permit to issue. Minor Civil & Plumbing Corrective maintenance calls. Provide daily reports on TT closures & open cases & RCA. Tools inventory update. PPM schedule maintenance. Taking care of Soft services activities i.e. Pest control, Housekeeping, Scrap & Garbage disposal. Handling agency staff & overall shift.
