Roles And Responsibilities Will be responsible for the end-to-end deployment of the hardware and Ensure deployments are completed on-time and within the specified budget. Will be responsible for Supporting the onsite team during installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes. Selection of hardware for building automation such as Valves, Actuators, sensors, Switches etc. Experience handling a BMS consisting of a Fire Alarm System, Access Control System, and CCTV System, along with its integration, is essential. Budget, BOQ and SOW preparation (or scrutiny of the same received from others) for capex and opex related activities. Feasibility study of new concepts / techniques / technologies. Experiments / trails for new products, services and technologies. Monitor a team of Electricians, senior electricians, and junior engineers at the installation site for processes and methods. Should be able to arrange manpower to get minor work done at the installation site as per the requirements. Skill Set Required For The Position Should know Analog/Digital IO summary. Expertise in installation & commissioning of various Building Automation instruments (Such as Pressure switches, Pressure transmitters, Immersion sensors, Valve & Actuator Installation, VFD, BTU meter, Temperature & Humidity sensors, PLC etc.) For VRV systems, understanding automation in VRVs by direct integration with CRC is essential. Knowledge of Electrical Switchgear (Contactor, ACB, VCB, HT, LT, Type of Relays, Starters etc). Hands-on experience with interpreting electrical drawings and documents. Managing resources such as manpower, material, and machinery while keeping quality and time schedules strictly in view. Willing to travel PAN India according to project requirements. Should have good analytical skills. Proficient in written and verbal communication, including creating and delivering presentations and technical documents. Base Location will be Gurugram and based on requirement the company can relocate you to PAN-India location.
