Role & responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for user acquisition, retention, and engagement. Create growth campaigns across paid (Google UAC, Meta Ads), organic (ASO), and owned channels. Drive app store optimization (ASO) to improve discoverability and conversion. Content & Communication: Own in-app and push notification content strategies to improve user retention. Collaborate with content teams to develop communication for onboarding, churn prevention, and promotions. Craft and execute messaging for CRM campaigns across push, email, SMS, and in-app messaging. Performance & Analytics: Define KPIs (CAC, LTV, retention, ROAS) and optimize campaigns accordingly. Monitor performance via analytics tools and use insights to inform decisions. A/B test creatives, messages, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates. Collaboration & Leadership: Lead a cross-functional marketing team (creatives, content, performance). Coordinate with product and tech teams for feature launches and app improvements. Manage agency and vendor relationships
