As an Employee Communications professional, your primary responsibility will be to create and manage content for internal newsletters, emails, and other communication channels. You will be tasked with owning the day-to-day management and content updates of the company intranet, ensuring that all information is current and aligned with company objectives. Your role will also involve developing compelling narratives and content that showcase the company culture and values. Additionally, you will be responsible for writing and editing communications for company-wide announcements, policies, and initiatives. In terms of Employee Engagement Initiatives, you will collaborate with HR to develop and execute communication plans for engagement programs. This will involve creating content and communications for internal events, supporting the development and distribution of employee surveys, and designing communication campaigns to boost engagement across the organization. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining communication templates for regular employee updates. Furthermore, you will be involved in Leadership Communications by supporting the creation of content for CXO communications, internal emails, media statements, speeches, etc. You will assist in developing presentation materials for leadership town halls and meetings, as well as drafting internal announcements and updates from leadership team members. Your role will also include helping to maintain consistency in leadership communication style and messaging. As part of Intranet Management, you will lead the content strategy and management for the Intranet. This will involve creating and implementing content plans for regular intranet updates, managing the intranet content calendar, and ensuring that all content is current, relevant, and aligned with company objectives. You will also be responsible for training and supporting content contributors across the organization. Moreover, you will collaborate with HR to develop communication materials for sensitization programs as part of Sensitization Programmes. This will include creating ongoing communication campaigns to reinforce key messages, designing and implementing follow-up communications to ensure message retention, and tracking and measuring the effectiveness of sensitization communications.
