Major Responsibilities: New Customer Acquisition / Business Development Automotive domain Business development acumen with all leading OEM’s in India (4W/3W/2W/CV) Drive business targets-Generate revenue/margins YOY as directed by management Customer relationship-Hold strong and enduring customer relationships with frequent visits by self and the entire team Product proficiencies -core product knowledge in Sensors , Solenoids and EV products. Any promising new product line could be implemented with management approval Techno Commercial Skills Costing , Pricing, Capital Equipment Demo forecast / Market Expansion Strategic tie-ups, long term growth opportunity Must have skills: Systems Knowledge Digitalisation of workflow - from RFQ to production including all related communications Other Markets-Other than automotive market segment working knowledge (like industrial, appliance, oil & gas, Defense etc) Competitor products-Absorb techno commercial knowledge of competitor products and feed those information to engineering team for appropriate decisions Product / Process Costing Global-Prior exposure to global business development activities Product/process costing-Exposure on those areas
