Billing Coordinator (North) Pan India Roles & Responsibilities at Project Sites 1. Billing & Documentation Prepare, coordinate, and submit invoices to clients as per project contract terms. Collect measurement sheets, work completion certificates, and supporting documents from site engineers/Project Managers. 2. Coordination & Communication Coordinate between site engineers, project managers, accounts, and clients to ensure smooth billing processes. Ensure timely approval of bills from clients/consultants. Follow up with clients regarding pending payments and billing clarifications. Act as a bridge between project sites and Head Office/accounts team for financial documentation. 3. Reporting & Monitoring Prepare and maintain periodic billing status reports (raised, approved, paid, pending). 4. Site-Level Responsibilities Collect daily/weekly progress reports from site engineers for billing preparation. Ensure timely handover of billing files and records at project closeout. Preferred Candidate Profile Educational Qualification : Freshers with any degree. Candidates with B.Com / BBA and an Accounts background will be preferred.
