This person will build strong relationships, ensure every project runs smoothly, and help us continue to deliver a personal, high-quality experience. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, managing details, and finding ways to make each client feel valued. Location: New Delhi Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for corporate clients, providing professional support from enquiry to delivery. Project Coordination: Work closely with our internal team to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Delivery & Logistics: Oversee delivery timelines and logistics, coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and courier partners to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of all orders. Relationship Building: Develop long-term partnerships by understanding client needs and suggesting thoughtful gifting solutions. Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and introduce new products or seasonal offerings. Feedback & Improvement: Gather client feedback and share insights to help refine our service and product range. Team Collaboration: Support the wider team during busy gifting seasons and contribute to creative ideas for new client offerings. About You You have at least 5 years experience in client relationship management, account coordination, or customer service (ideally in a creative or service-based business). You’re a strong communicator—approachable, professional, and attentive to detail. You’re organized and comfortable managing multiple client projects at once. You take initiative, solve problems proactively, and enjoy working in a small, hands-on team. You care about great service and understand the value of genuine client relationships.
