Senior/Lead Network Engineer

As a Senior/Lead Network Engineer at our company based in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the network infrastructure across a global enterprise environment. Your responsibilities will include: Role Overview: We are seeking experienced Network Engineering professionals capable of managing end-to-end Network Operations, incident resolution, troubleshooting, and implementation tasks. This position requires a blend of operational proficiency and strong engineering skills. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and maintain the overall health and performance of the network. - Troubleshoot critical incidents and ensure rapid resolution with a sense of ownership. - Manage user requests, day-to-day operations, and ad-hoc enhancements. - Participate in the configuration, implementation, and ongoing optimization of network components. - Collaborate with global teams to establish a stable and secure network environment. Qualifications Required (Core Technical Skills): - Cisco Routers - Aruba or Cisco Nexus Switching - Aruba Wireless and Aruba ClearPass for Wireless & Access Control - Palo Alto Firewall Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills: - F5 Load Balancer - Zscaler or Netskope Proxy - Cisco Nexus ACI - SD-WAN (Aruba or equivalent) - Exposure to NSX Additional Company Details: As part of our team, you will benefit from: - Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a proactive mindset. - Familiarity with UNIX/Linux/Windows, SNMP, and Active Directory. - Experience with various network/security platforms such as Aruba Wireless, ClearPass, ACI, F5, Netskope, and NSX. - Professional certifications (CCNP/CCIE) are considered advantageous. - Excellent communication skills emphasizing a customer-centric approach and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
