Job Summary:

Senior and Lead AI/ML Engineers

This role involves working with complex datasets, transformer architectures, MLOps pipelines, and deploying production-grade AI systems that solve high-impact business problems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy
advanced AI/ML and Generative AI models
Build, fine-tune, and optimize
transformer-based LLMs
for production
Work with large datasets: cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering
Develop scalable
model training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines
Implement MLOps components for automation & monitoring
Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver AI solutions
Stay updated with the latest research in
transformers, generative AI, and deep learning
Document model architectures, experiments, and outcomes clearly
