03. Good knowledge of 8D Closure
04. Smooth transition from Development to SOP
05. Exposure of IATF & VSA - MSIL
06. Knowledge of - SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP and 7 QC Tools
07. Defect analysis and Red bin YY analysis
08. Good Communication Skill
09. Willing to travel outstation suppliers.
