Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior WordPress Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team at Tretanz Infotech. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of dynamic WordPress websites, building custom themes and plugins, optimizing performance, and ensuring high-quality user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using modern development standards. Create and manage custom WordPress themes and plugins. Ensure website performance, scalability, and responsiveness. Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions. Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to maintain high development standards. Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and performance. Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers when required. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in WordPress development. Proficient in back-end and full-stack web development. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and PHP. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and MySQL. Experience with version control systems like Git. Familiarity with REST APIs and headless WordPress setups is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
