We are expanding our India-based team and are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior WordPress Developer to join our dynamic and innovative organization.In this role, you will be responsible for developing custom WordPress plugins, themes, and tailored solutions. Youll play a critical role in building scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital products that integrate seamlessly with CRM and AMS systemsdriving real impact for our clients' digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress plugins, themes, and solutions. Build and manage integrations between WordPress and other systems (e.g., CRMs, AMSs). Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best development practices. Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure product reliability and performance. Create and maintain clear technical and user documentation. Stay up to date with industry trends and contribute to product innovation. Participate in peer code reviews and follow 108s development and SEO standards. Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to meet client expectations. Manage tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively about potential roadblocks. Log time and effort accurately using 108s project management tools. Incorporate user feedback and performance data into continuous product improvement. Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in WordPress plugin and theme development. Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL. Experience with ACF, WooCommerce, Elementor, and Gutenberg. Strong understanding of OOP and REST/third-party API integration. Proficiency in Git/version control. Education: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lead and collaborate in a distributed team environment. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices. Experience with website performance optimization (e.g., caching, database tuning). Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar product management tools.
