Educational Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field. Experience: More than 5 years of experience in web design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Designer and Developer who is a one-man show, capable of handling both the design and development aspects of web projects. The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience in web design and development, and will work closely with clients and project managers to deliver exceptional digital solutions. Key Responsibilities: Web Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly website designs, ensuring a seamless user experience. This includes wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Web Development: Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies. Ensure websites are responsive, fast-loading, and optimized for search engines. Animation: The candidate must possess hands-on experience in creating animations, showcasing proficiency in animation tools and techniques. A solid understanding of animation principles, motion graphics, and storytelling through visual elements is required. Content Management: Implement and customize content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress,Drupal. Manage and update website content as needed. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of websites to ensure functionality, compatibility, and performance across different devices and browsers. SEO and Analytics: Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and ranking. Use analytics tools to track and report on website performance. Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest web design and development trends, technologies, and best practices. Propose innovative solutions to enhance the company s digital offerings. Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on website usage, updates, and maintenance. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in at least one modern web framework such as React, Angular, or Vue. Figma: Experience with Figma is highly desirable, as it will play a critical role in collaborating on design and development tasks. Project Management: Coordinate with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Provide regular updates on project progress. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: More than 5 years of experience in web design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Technical Skills: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal. Design Skills: Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, with experience in creating responsive and visually appealing designs using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD). SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO principles and techniques. Analytical Skills: Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor and analyze website performance. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients and team members. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, project managers, and other team members. Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field. Certifications:Relevant certifications in web design, web development, or digital marketing. Additional Skills: Knowledge of server-side technologies (e.g., PHP, Node.js) and database management (e.g., MySQL).
