The ideal candidate, preferably female, should have experience in the beauty and skincare industry. As a crucial member of the Marketing team, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's digital presence and enhancing user experience across online platforms. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing visually appealing and functional websites that align with the brand identity and business objectives. You will also create wireframes, prototypes, and conduct user research to improve UX/UI design decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop responsive websites reflecting brand identity and business objectives. - Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for effective design communication. - Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance user experience. - Develop intuitive user interfaces and collaborate with content teams for web page design. - Optimize websites for SEO and accessibility standards. - Manage and update website content using CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla. - Design graphics and visual assets for websites and digital campaigns. - Enhance website performance through image optimization, coding, and responsiveness. - Monitor website analytics to make data-driven decisions for site improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent digital output. - Manage web design projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines. - Stay updated on web design trends and best practices. Preferred Candidate Profile: - Bachelor's degree in Web Design & Development, Graphic Design, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. - 7-10 years of web design experience, preferably in a marketing-focused environment. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla. - Strong portfolio showcasing professional websites. - Professional certifications such as Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) are advantageous. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote setup.
