Senior Web and UI Designer

The position requires a fully responsible Web/UI Designer for leading the production, modification, and maintenance of websites and web application user interfaces. As a senior member of an established web design team, you will work closely within a project team to turn creative designs into working websites and mobile apps. Collaboration with developers is crucial to implement server-side code for the development of complex, interactive, content-managed, and database-driven websites. Additionally, project managers will provide support to ensure the smooth delivery of all projects. Experience: - Senior level web designer with strong technical lead experience - Proficient in building websites using HTML, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, or equivalent frameworks - Expertise in performing all technical aspects of a front-end build - High level of SEO experience, including onsite optimization and a broad knowledge of effective SEO strategies - Proven track record in building responsive websites - Familiarity with extended CSS coding languages like LESS/CSS or SASS - Creative design skills with a strong portfolio - Experience in a source-controlled environment - Collaboration with creative designers and front-end developers - Experience with web developers focusing on Microsoft-based websites - Proficiency in Adobe software such as Photoshop or Illustrator - Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure effectively - Strong numeracy and literacy skills, capable of producing high-quality written specifications Education: - Degree in Fine Arts or Graphic Design, or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience Plus to have: - Knowledge in Wordpress, Facebook Apps, Website and blog development - Familiarity with Responsive Design, JSON, MySQL - Scripting languages: JavaScript, jQuery - Programming Languages: C/C++, Core JAVA, JSP, PHP To apply for this position, please send your updated resume to jobs@elivepages.com.,
