  Mentor and manage a team of young and talented video editors, fostering creativity, a positive environment, and encouraging the development of innovative content to increase brand impact.

• Training & Development:

  Implement learning plans for self and to keep the team updated on industry trends.

• Communication & Workflow:

  Streamline workflows through effective collaboration with all teams.

• Advanced Video Production:

  Execute complex editing tasks (cinematic shots, color grading, motion graphics).

• Content Strategy:

  Develop video strategies aligned with business goals.

• Technical Proficiency:

  Master advanced video editing and design software.

• Scripting & Storytelling:

  Create compelling narratives for technical concepts.

• Quality Assurance:

  Maintain high standards for all video content.

• Creative Content:

  Design social media posts, blog designs, flyers, and other creative assets.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years

  of video editing experience (Preferably in IT Services Companies).
• Strong portfolio with cinematic, 3D motion graphics, and design examples.
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into engaging visuals.
• Strong creative vision.
