We re seeking a future team member for the role of

Senior Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer

to join our

Issuer Services

team- This role is in

Chennai, TN HYBRID-

In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of distributed, microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot-
Drive modernization efforts to refactor and modularize legacy systems, improving scalability, maintainability, and performance-
Collaborate with product owners, design leads, and engineering teams to enhance user experience and deliver new features on time and with high quality-
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence-
Utilize best practices in software development, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality standards-
Engage in cross-functional collaboration to align technology solutions with business objectives and client needs-
Evaluate and integrate front-end technologies, with Angular experience considered advantageous-
Champion the use of enterprise tools and AI-driven automation to optimize engineering processes and platform operations-

To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following

Bachelors degree or equivalent-
Extensive experience in full stack Java development with a focus on distributed systems and microservices architecture-
16+ years of experience required for this role-
Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and related Java frameworks-
Proven track record of leading complex platform modernization projects-
Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams-
Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices-
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders-
Experience in financial services or related regulated industries-
Knowledge of automation tools and AI-assisted development practices-
Experience with front-end frameworks, preferably Angular-
