Senior UX / UI Designer/Lead

As a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer/Lead with extensive experience in creating innovative and intuitive designs, you will be directly engaging with stakeholders, taking ownership of design tasks, and collaborating within a fast-paced environment. Your technical expertise in Figma, Design System, adaptability to evolving situations, and ability to balance team collaboration with individual contribution will be essential while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. - Collaborate directly with key stakeholders to gather requirements, present designs, and ensure alignment with business goals - Lead and participate in design reviews to provide constructive feedback and refine deliverables for quality and usability - Utilize advanced Figma skills to create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs - Work in parallel with other designers and developers while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach - Develop innovative solutions to complex design challenges while ensuring user-centered design principles - Demonstrate adaptability to shifting project requirements and timelines - Guide and mentor junior designers - Deliver compelling presentations of design concepts - Articulate design rationale effectively to stakeholders - Contribute to the implementation of a design & innovation culture Qualifications Required: - 10-12 years of experience as a User Experience Designer with substantial experience in product and web/mobile application design - Degree in B.Des/M.Des/MFA Degree or equivalent qualification - Excellent, detailed UX artifacts portfolio through an online showcase - Knowledge of Product Design, Design Thinking, Usability, and Visual Design Principles - Experience in team management and mentoring - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills Additional Details about GlobalLogic: GlobalLogic offers a culture of caring, learning, and development opportunities, interesting and meaningful work, balance and flexibility.
