As a Senior UX Designer for Data & Analytics Platforms with AI/ML Integration at Altizon, you will play a crucial role in leading the design of intelligent, multi-platform experiences for data and analytics applications. Your main responsibilities will include: - **Strategic Leadership** - Define and implement the UX vision aligned with business goals and product roadmaps. - Drive innovation by leveraging AI, ML, and design technologies to enhance user experience. - Establish UX KPIs to measure design impact on efficiency, error reduction, and user satisfaction. - Advocate for user-centered design across teams and decision-making processes. - **Problem Solving & Design Execution** - Simplify complex problems in data exploration into intuitive design solutions. - Design tailored experiences for various user roles from data engineers to business analysts. - Streamline data access, interpretation, and collaboration through strong information architecture. - Deliver modern UX compatible with legacy systems. - **Design Lifecycle Management** - Manage end-to-end design lifecycle including research, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and implementation. - Lead user research to understand behaviors and pain points across data and analytics roles. - Design clear visualizations and dashboards for operational clarity and strategic insight. - Ensure responsive, accessible design optimized for diverse platforms. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration** - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, marketers, and customer-facing teams. - Communicate design rationale clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders. **Ideal Skills/Experience** - 5-10 years experience in UI/UX design for digital-first companies. - Exceptional portfolio showcasing impact in data-rich applications. - Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch. - Proficiency in prototyping tools including Keynote, Flinto, Principle, and Sketch. - Understanding of front-end technologies and design systems. - Strong research skills and proven track record in solving large-scale problems with intuitive design. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. **Education** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Interaction Design, UI/UX Design, or equivalent experience.
