Job Summary:

Senior UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the complete UI/UX design lifecycle from research and ideation to final implementation.
  
• Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web and mobile platforms.
  
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to guide design decisions.
  
• Translate product requirements and business goals into intuitive, scalable design solutions.
  
• Create and maintain design systems, UI kits, and brand-consistent component libraries.
  
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure design intent is fully realized.
  
• Ensure the design meets accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility standards.
  
• Identify and resolve UX issues in existing products, optimizing workflows and user engagement.
  
• Mentor junior designers and lead design reviews to maintain high standards across teams.
  

Key Skills & Tools:

• Design & Prototyping Tools:

  Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Axure

• User Research Tools:

  Hotjar, Maze, UsabilityHub, Google Analytics

• Design Methodologies:

  Human-Centered Design, Agile UX, Design Thinking

• Understanding of Front-End:

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript (not for coding, but collaboration)

• Design Systems:

  Experience in building and managing scalable UI component libraries

• Accessibility:

  Knowledge of WCAG guidelines and usability best practices

• Domain Knowledge (Preferred):

  SaaS, B2B Platforms, Workflow Applications, Dashboards

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Psychology, or a related field
  
• 10+ years of proven UI/UX design experience in software product companies
  
• Portfolio showcasing a range of enterprise-level digital product designs (web & mobile)
  
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
  
• Ability to drive UX strategy and influence design culture across the organization
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams
  
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Zeplin
  
• Knowledge of A/B testing and data-informed design decisions
  
• Certifications in UX Design (NN/g, Google, HFI, etc.)
