Description
As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Attri Inc., you will play a crucial role in creating user-centered designs that provide exceptional user experiences. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, you will be responsible for translating complex AI functionalities into intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces. Your deep understanding of user experience principles, strong visual design sensibility, and ability to lead design projects from concept to execution will be key to your success in this role. Taking full ownership of the design process, you will ensure that designs not only meet user needs but also align with business objectives. You will develop and maintain new design patterns and guidelines to drive consistency and scalability across our products. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help design, implement, and evolve a scalable design system that supports a cohesive user experience across all platforms. In addition, you will create and refine custom illustrations, icons, and other visual elements to enhance the overall product experience and maintain alignment with the brand identity. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve the product experience, you will identify pain points and implement design solutions that elevate user satisfaction and engagement. Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, you will ensure that designs are feasible, aligned with technical requirements, and effectively communicated to the development team. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create user-centered designs for complex products. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and No Code Design tools is essential. A deep understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and usability best practices is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial, as you will need to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for solving complex design challenges, will be advantageous in this role.
