Job Description

Handling Transfer Pricing assignments that includes:
o Conducting Transfer Pricing audits.
o Formulating a Transfer Pricing Policy including functional analysis & economic search
for comparable etc.
o Compiling documentation & issuing a CA certificate (Form 3CEB).
Handling domestic transfer pricing assignments relating to advisory.
Handling assessments relating to International & Domestic Transfer Pricing
Assistance in drafting of submissions, research of case laws etc.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE: CA or MBA with 2 +years hands on experience in transfer pricing Or Direct taxation Should have handled client liaising Good communication skills including legal/technical drafting Good interpersonal skills
