Senior TOSCA Specialist

Job Description

Location: Pune (Hybrid) Experience: 3+ years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive TOSCA Automation Specialist with 3 plus years of hands-on experience in test automation. The ideal candidate will be proficient in TOSCA automation and well-versed in all aspects of software testing, including functional, non-functional, mobile, and API testing. A strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes, along with excellent communication and knowledge transition skills, is essential. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using TOSCA. Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Data, and Defect Reports . Perform Functional, Non-Functional, Regression, as required. Develop and execute API automation scripts and validate integrations. Collaborate with development and QA teams across all phases of SDLC and STLC . Prepare end-user training materials and user guide presentations (PPTs) for all modules. Generate and maintain Daily Status Reports (DSR) and Weekly Status Reports (WSR) to keep stakeholders informed of progress and issues. Exhibit a solutions-oriented mindset and participate actively in knowledge-sharing and transition activities. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills , with a focus on improving efficiency and maintaining consistency across QA processes. Key Skills: Strong hands-on experience with TOSCA Test Automation Suite Good understanding of testing methodologies and QA best practices Experience in API automation testing Proficient in preparing detailed test documentation and reporting Exposure to Agile and Waterfall project environments Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Strong documentation and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field TOSCA Certification (preferred but not mandatory) Experience in Agile environments and tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
