Design and implement performance test strategies for web and backend systems Develop test scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner to simulate user load and system behavior under stress Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and work with development teams to resolve issues Develop test plans, scenarios, and documentation for load, stress, and endurance testing Monitor system behavior during test runs using tools such as APMs (e g, Dynatrace, AppDynamics) Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines Create detailed performance test reports with clear analysis and actionable recommendation3+ years of experience in performance testing using JMeter and LoadRunner Strong understanding of HTTP, APIs, web services, databases, and application architecture Proficiency in analyzing results and monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, New Relic, etc) Experience scripting in JavaScript, Python, or Shell is a plus Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, or Kubernetes is an advantage Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
