Target oriented or result oriented candidates are highly preffered . Candidate should be able to acheive the set targets on Day to day, weekly and monthly targets

• Cold Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospects using automated diallers or CRM databases.
• Lead Qualification: Identify decision-makers, assess customer needs, and determine if they fit the ideal buyer profile.
• Pipeline Management: Keep the CRM updated with accurate details, follow-up dates, and call notes.

2. Pitching & Sales Conversion

• Value Communication: Deliver clear, persuasive sales pitches tailored to the customer's pain points and specific needs.
• Objection Handling: Confidently navigate pushback, pricing concerns, and competitive comparisons.
• Closing Deals: Guide prospects through the buying process, secure verbal or digital agreements, and hit revenue targets.

3. Relationship & Campaign Management

• Follow-Ups: Conduct scheduled call-backs to nurture warm prospects and move them down the sales funnel.
• Market Feedback: Report common customer objections or market trends back to team leaders to optimize campaigns.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in International Outbound Voice Processes( B2C sales preferred). Freshers with exceptional communication skills And serious towards work may be considered.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English, with a neutral or global accent.
• Sales Mindset: High energy, resilience against rejection, and a results-driven attitude.
• Tech Literacy: Familiarity with CRM systems and cloud telephony/dialler software.
• Flexibility: Complete comfort working night shifts or early morning shifts to align with international time zones.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
