Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Senior Telesales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential customers, promote company products or services, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, along with experience in handling outbound and inbound sales calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
• Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert prospects into customers.
• Explain product or service features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with interested prospects to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
• Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.
• Prepare daily sales reports and track performance against targets.
• Support and guide junior telesales executives when required.
• Ensure adherence to company sales processes and quality standards.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Good customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.
• Strong follow-up, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Team handling or mentoring experience is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline; undergraduate candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
• 2–5 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Fluency in Hindi and English; additional regional languages are an advantage.

• Monthly sales and revenue achievement.
• Number of calls made and leads generated.
• Lead-to-sale conversion rate.
• Follow-up effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Customer satisfaction and quality of calls.

Preferred Candidate: A confident, self-motivated sales professional with a strong customer-first approach and a proven ability to achieve business targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
