Job Title: Senior Tele Sales Executive Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tele Sales Executive to lead and manage outbound/inbound sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, closing sales over the phone, and guiding junior team members. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services Handle inbound sales queries and convert them into successful deals Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Maintain a strong pipeline of leads through follow-ups and referrals Train and support junior tele sales executives Provide accurate product information and pricing details to customers Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency
