Senior Technical Writer Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, structured documentation including

  user manuals

• Work extensively with

  ITSM platforms, especially ServiceNow

  , to document workflows, configurations, and platform customizations.
• Translate complex technical and functional requirements into

  clear, concise, and user-centric content

  for a range of audiences (end users, developers, administrators).
• Collaborate with

  developers, product managers, UX designers

  support teams

  to gather information, validate content, and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Maintain and organize content using

  online documentation platforms

  (e.g., Confluence, Git-based wikis, Markdown editors).
• Ensure documentation aligns with

• Regularly review and update existing content to reflect product updates and evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as a

  technical writer

  in a software or IT services environment.
• Hands-on experience with

  ITSM tools

  , with strong familiarity in

  ServiceNow workflows, modules, and process documentation

• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skillsespecially in simplifying complex technical language for non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to
