Description
As Senior Technical Specialist expertise in Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, and Kafka to build scalable, high-performance systems, while integrating modern practices such as microservices, Docker, and CI/CD. Your strong understanding of SQL, relational databases, and UI technologies like React or Dojo will support full-stack development efforts. Collaborating in Agile teams, you will be hands-on in requirement analysis, coding, unit testing, and debugging. A proactive mindset, structured approach, and strong analytical skills will be key to your success in this role. You have: Bachelors degree with 5 to 10 years of development experience in EMS/NMS, planning tools, or OSS domains. Experienced in development activities including requirement analysis, coding, and unit testing. Demonstrates strong organizational skills and a quality-oriented approach to work. Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective cross-functional collaboration. It would be nice if you also had Motivated to stay current with emerging technologies and continuously improve development practices. Exposure to UI technologies like Dojo and React is a plus. Solid domain knowledge in OTN, DWDM, SDH/SONET, Ethernet, GMPLS, and standard protocols such as NETCONF/RESTCONF. Proficient in Core Java, Spring Framework, Kafka, and Hibernate with experience in continuous integration and Agile methodologies. Expertise in relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies such as JPA2 and Hibernate. Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, Docker containers, and messaging systems like Kafka is a strong advantage. Excellent analytical and debugging capabilities to resolve complex issues efficiently.
