Location: Bangalore Working Model: On-Site The role will report to the Senior Vice President and play a pivotal role in the Program Management function. Responsibilities: - Lead new product developments, enhancements, customer deliverables, or internal projects. - Ensure the success of key account deliverables by bridging business requirements with Netradyne engineering. - Address technical questionnaires for large prospect RFIs. - Engage extensively with key customer account stakeholders and internal teams through various communication channels. - Identify and proactively eliminate potential obstacles to customer success. - Cultivate strong internal and external relationships to enhance collaboration. - Provide regular updates to Netradyne Senior Management on Program progress. - Interpret technical requirements from customers/partners and propose architectural solutions aligned with Netradyne's product architecture. - Act as the Subject Matter Expert on both published and unpublished product functionalities. - Apply statistical and machine learning expertise to align requirements with key metrics and targets. - Manage project schedules considering the iterative nature of machine learning project lifecycles. - Oversee data annotation aspects including quality, productivity, and logistics. - Communicate project schedules and quality updates to stakeholders.
