Senior Technical & Operations Specialist QA

As an experienced candidate with 4-7 years of experience, you will be responsible for driving daily operations across Functional, Automation, Security, and Performance teams. Your role will involve aligning priorities, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely closures. Additionally, you will manage coordination between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, oversee sprint planning, regression readiness, and automation execution cycles. It will be your duty to review automation progress, identify gaps, and ensure best practices are followed. You will also support strategic planning, reporting, escalation management, and issue resolution. Prepare high-quality documentation, MOMs, technical summaries, and delivery trackers will also be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will support proposals, effort estimations, technical sections, and PoC planning. Ensuring project governance, timely updates, and clear communication across teams will be crucial.
