Senior Technical Engineer L2+

You should have 6-8 years of experience in administering Forcepoint Web Security and Data Security solutions, along with expertise in managing Netskope Cloud Proxy. In addition, you should hold certifications in Forcepoint and/or any web or data security technologies. For Forcepoint Web Security, your responsibilities will include deploying, configuring, and maintaining solutions to safeguard against web-based threats, malware, and data leakage. You will be monitoring and analyzing web traffic and security alerts, implementing web filtering policies and access controls, and troubleshooting technical issues. Collaboration with IT and Security teams to integrate solutions, staying updated on security threats and product updates, preparing reports on security incidents, and participating in incident response are also part of your role. In the realm of Forcepoint Data Security, you will deploy and maintain Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions to detect and prevent unauthorized data exposure. Developing and enforcing data security policies, monitoring security alerts, classifying sensitive information, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure data protection standards are met are crucial tasks. You will also conduct audits, maintain documentation, and keep abreast of data protection technologies and regulations. Managing SSL/TLS certificates will be another core responsibility, involving overseeing the certificate lifecycle, collaborating with Certificate Authorities, configuring and deploying certificates, monitoring expirations, troubleshooting issues, and enforcing best practices for certificate management. Collaboration with various teams to ensure proper SSL deployment and compliance, and staying updated on industry standards and protocols are essential. Your expertise in Netskope Cloud Proxy will require you to deploy, configure, and manage the solution to secure cloud traffic and enforce security policies. Monitoring cloud application usage, developing access control policies, integrating with existing infrastructure, responding to security alerts, optimizing configurations, conducting audits, and staying informed about cloud security trends will be key responsibilities. Having experience in administering Forcepoint Web Security, Data Security, and Netskope Cloud Proxy, along with holding certifications in these technologies, is mandatory for this role. It is preferred that you also possess an ITIL Foundation certification.,
