SENIOR TECHNICAL ENGINEER

As a storage engineer, you will be responsible for leading and executing storage migration projects from Hitachi storage systems to Huawei storage solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing Level 3 support for Huawei storage environments, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues. - Designing, implementing, and managing Huawei storage infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute storage migration strategies with minimal disruption to business operations. - Performing storage capacity planning, performance tuning, and optimization. - Developing and maintaining documentation for storage configurations, processes, and procedures. - Providing training and knowledge transfer to Level 1 and Level 2 support teams. - Staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in storage technologies. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 5 years of experience in storage engineering, with a focus on Huawei storage solutions. - Proven experience in migrating from Hitachi storage systems to Huawei storage solutions. - Strong knowledge of storage protocols (iSCSI, FC, NFS, CIFS) and storage management tools. - Proficiency in Huawei storage products such as OceanStor, Dorado, and FusionStorage. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Relevant certifications in Huawei storage technologies are a plus.,
